The Chinese Embassy in Slovenia updated the visa application requirements for foreigners going to China as follows:

1. Starting from August 24, 2022, 00:00 Beijing time, persons with valid APEC business travel cards and residence permits for study are allowed to enter China without having to re-apply for visa. 

2. For long-term students receiving academic education in China, new students can apply for study visas with the original and copy of the acceptance letter issued by the recruiting unit in China and the original and copy of the “Visa Application Form for Study in China (Form JW201 or JW202), while current students can apply for study visas with the proof of returning to school.
