I. The Chinese Embassy in the Procedures are as follows: Firstly, each document should be notarized by a local notary public;
Secondly, the document should be authenticated by the Ministry of Justice of the
Thirdly, the document should be authenticated by the Consular Department the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of
Lastly, the Chinese Embassy authenticates the signature of the authentication officer and the seal of the Consular Department the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the II. Documents can generally be collected in a week. The fees are 15 euros per civil document and 30 euros per document regarding property, finance and business. Urgent process is available if the Consular Officer agrees. However, urgent fee will be charged
1 working day: 35 euros; 2 to 3 working days: 15 euros Applicants are required to fill out the "PlaĨilni nalog BN02" form and pay the consular fees through local banks or post offices, and pick up consular documents by the pick-up form and the payment receipt on the designated date at the Consular Department.
